BEŞİKDÜZÜOlder names of Beşikdüzü are Yavabolu – Yabol, Şarlı Akhisar. Descendant of Turkoman came to this area from East and Southeast Anatolia in 13th and 14th century. Folkloric richness has become the subject of many researchers' review. The sense of immaculate working that is meant to do business together is still going on in some places of the district despite the fact that it is disappearing in general.
The people of the region spend their summer months in their own gardens in Kadırga, Çrikbeli and Sisdağı Plateaus starting from May. In these springy days, various activities are organized on different dates to show the folkloric and cultural richness of the region. These festivals are the extensions of our ancestors to the culture of the spring - winter style in Central Asia. These festivals are held for the purpose of welcoming spring, having fun and getting together.
